It is good that the Jaffna guys are taking an initiative to develop tourism. No point grumbling and waiting for hand outs. The diaspora can do this in a big way by starting industries for export and employment generation. Fisheries is a good venture if the diaspora buys some trawlers for deep sea fishing.

True, Already the President has expressed similar views about diaspora participation. Guess it will happen, if not sooner at least later after the parliamentary elections in 2020.
