Whereas, this situation is the result of the rulers who have alternately ruled the country allocating excess funds for unnecessarily brutal war. The bitter truth is that the whole country today is reaping the negative benefits of the escalation of the people’s brutal war, when funding for popular sectors such as education and health failed.
