Sri Lankan must remember two wrongs don’t make a right, thus putting the taxing system on the right track now is correct. However, remember it is very important to recover the loot and all wrongdoers brought to book and be punished.
In this sinario, two methods available are; either take legal action in courts, or enter into agreements with other countries that hold the stolen wealth. The process is time consuming, but many countries have adopted these mechanisms to recover stolen loot!
