The establishment of a National Assembly and the appointment of three committees related to public finance and banking were proposed under far-reaching systematic changes.
The President has pointed out that although the formation of the National Assembly has been concluded to bring in far-reaching systematic changes, satisfactory progress has not been made with regard to other proposals.
However, if Parliament is slow in implementing proposals to bring far-reaching systematic changes, bitter reality is it is the ordinary citizens who will suffer most. Therefore the President has the option but to opt for a referendum!
In this background will the multi-party representatives in Parliament react on the President’s red alert; if not this situation will only further weaken the nation as a whole. Therefore the peoples representatives have to act; otherwise the President may have no choice but dissolve the Parliament!
